Sara Dickinson, CPA, has a strong background in finance and accounting. Sara is currently the Chief Executive Officer at Continuous Scale, where they provide strategic CFO and Controllership support to a global client base. Sara'sresponsibilities at Continuous Scale include handling various tasks across accounting, finance, HR, IT, legal, and operations. Sara also holds the role of Consulting Chief Financial Officer at the same company.

Prior to their current position, Sara served as the Principal Strategic Partner at NextLevel - Building Enterprise Value. Sara was responsible for strategic partnerships within the organization.

Sara has also served as the Interim Chief Financial Officer at Bigleaf Networks and Interim Financial Controller at CarepathRx. At Bigleaf Networks, they filled the role of CFO temporarily, and at CarepathRx, they were responsible for financial control on an interim basis.

Before their interim roles, Sara held the position of Senior Director of Accounting / Controller at Highspot. In this role, they reported directly to the CFO and managed accounting, financial reporting, revenue, tax, investor relations, and SOX 404 compliance. Sara also played a key role in new entity formation and expansion into the UK and Germany, as well as the implementation of NetSuite OneWorld and adoption of ASC 606.

Prior to Highspot, Sara served as the CFO at TINYpulse, where they reported directly to the Founder & CEO and led finance, accounting, HR, recruiting, and business operations teams. Sara implemented various software tools and improved financial reporting processes and collection efforts.

Sara's earlier work experience includes roles at Tableau Software, where they served as Senior Manager of Business Operations, and Apptio, where they held various accounting management positions. Sara began their career as a Supervising Senior Auditor at KPMG US.

Sara Dickinson, CPA has a diverse background in finance, accounting, and leadership roles, with experience in strategic planning, financial management, team management, and process improvement.

Sara Dickinson, CPA holds a Master's degree in Accounting and Finance from the University of Washington - Michael G. Foster School of Business. Additionally, they obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) in Accounting and Finance from Washington State University. Sara has various certifications including being a Certified Public Accountant obtained from NASBA in July 2013. Sara also holds the Full Airbase Platform Certification from Airbase, and is a Certified QuickBooks ProAdvisor Program Platinum Member. Sara is a member of the Digital Bookkeeper Association and is Hubdoc Certified. Sara is also a NetSuite Accounting Partner and holds a certification in Project Management Professional (PMP) from the Project Management Institute. Sara is working towards obtaining the Certified Public Accountant certification from the AICPA and the QuickBooks Online Certification from QuickBooks Online Professional.
