Jhonatan Picinini currently serves as the Head of IT Business Services & Data Intelligence at Saque e Pague since May 2019, where responsibilities include managing outsourcing squads, observability, BI & analytics, and automation. Jhonatan's expertise encompasses various platforms and solutions, including ERP TOTVS, CRM Salesforce, UiPath for RPA, Pentaho/Data Warehouse BI, Power BI, Zabbix, and Grafana. Previously, Jhonatan was the Coordinator of Information Technology at Saque e Pague, overseeing transactional monitoring, data center operations, and information security. Additional experience includes roles at Paquetá The Shoe Company and GetNet Tecnologia, where management of support teams and IT services was key. Jhonatan holds multiple MBAs in strategic management, agile project management, and is currently pursuing a degree in Technology for Business focusing on AI, data science, and big data.
