Jocelyn Croteau is an IT professional with extensive experience in infrastructure and operations, currently serving as IT Team Lead for Core Infrastructure at Saputo Inc. since 2014. Previous roles at Saputo include IT Specialist and Senior IT Analyst focused on Wintel Server Administration. Prior to joining Saputo, Jocelyn worked at Boutique Jacob from 1997 to 2014, holding positions such as Network and Systems Administrator and Level 1 & 2 Support Technician. Jocelyn began a career in IT as an intern programmer analyst.
