Tajul Ariffin Shahul Hamid is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in human resource technology and analytics. Currently serving as General Manager of Project Delivery at Sapura Secured Technologies since December 2023, Tajul has held significant roles at Axiata, including Specialist in PMO & Analytics overseeing HR Technology implementations and coordinating Talent Analytics. Previous positions include HR Technology Enabler at Axiata Digital, Deputy Senior Manager roles at UEM Sunrise Berhad and UEM Group Berhad, where strategic HR solutions were developed and implemented, and managerial positions at Sapura Energy Berhad focusing on data management and IT support systems. Tajul also has experience in HR analytics and education as a Casual Tutor at the University of Melbourne. Tajul holds a Master's degree in Management from the University of Melbourne and a Bachelor's degree with honors in Information Technology Management from Multimedia University.
