Izzkhairy Ismail is a Strategic Business Development, Business Operations, and Commercial Manager at Sapura Secured Technologies since January 2023, where leadership has been demonstrated in directing a nationwide network and service improvement program for 18 government agencies. Previously, from April 2013 to December 2022, Izzkhairy held various roles at Maxis, including Enterprise Delivery Project Manager, managing significant CME solutions projects and overseeing firmware upgrades for approximately 300 routers for key enterprise clients. As Enterprise Service Delivery Manager, Izzkhairy managed top-tier enterprise accounts with customized solutions, successfully applying ITSM best practices to achieve the highest NPS score within the division. Izzkhairy's career began in the Management Associate Program, executing impactful improvement projects across key divisions. Izzkhairy holds a Bachelor's degree in Biochemistry and Molecular Biology and a Diploma in Microbiology from Universiti Teknologi MARA.
