Mohammad Shahril Nordin is a qualified structural engineer with extensive experience in the oil and gas industry. Currently serving as Lead Structural Engineer at Sapura Energy Berhad since October 2018, Mohammad has previously held positions as Senior Structural Engineer at MMC Oil and Gas Engineering and Senior Structural Analysis Engineer at Kvaerner, after starting as a Structural Engineer at Aker Solutions from June 2007 to August 2018, where analysis and design for Jacket and Topside were performed using SACS and SESAM software. Mohammad began the career as a Trainee Engineer at MMC Oil and Gas Engineering Sdn. Bhd. in late 2006, after earning a Bachelor of Engineering (BEng) in Civil Engineering from Universiti Malaysia Pahang in 2007.
