Larry Wunsch currently serves as General Counsel and Chief Financial Officer at Sapphire RCMS, LLC, since May 2022. Previously, Larry Wunsch held the position of Vice President of Global Tax at Applied Materials from September 2009 to May 2019, where leadership in tax planning initiatives significantly reduced the non-GAAP effective tax rate from over 30% to below 10% over a decade. Larry Wunsch also served as VP of Tax at Agilent Technologies from January 2000 to July 2009, overseeing global tax compliance and reporting and negotiating the first IP incentivized holding company in Singapore. Academic credentials include a Master of Laws in Taxation from New York University School of Law, a Juris Doctor from Seattle University School of Law, and a Bachelor's degree in Philosophy from the University of California, Berkeley.
