Ankit also founded and served as the CEO of Sapphire Human Solutions, one of the top 10 executive search firms in India. Additionally, Ankit worked as an Associate Director at Standard Chartered Private Bank, where they played a pivotal role in establishing the bank's brand in the private banking sector. Ankit also held the position of Head of Corporate Strategy & Planning at Executive Access, where they were responsible for overall company strategy, financial planning, and leadership acquisition. Ankit started their career as a consultant at PricewaterhouseCoopers and later worked as an Analyst at McKinsey.
