Ryan Smith has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Ryan currently works as a Software Engineer at Sapphire Digital, part of Zelis, starting in June 2023. Prior to that, they were a Closing Associate at Land Title Guarantee Company, where they quickly rose through the ranks and obtained a title insurance license. Ryan also worked as a Problem Solving Court Coordinator/Program Manager at Arapahoe County, where they collaborated with a team of professionals to coordinate care and rehabilitation for repeat offenders with addiction issues. Before that, they served as a Project Manager at Denver Probation, managing grant-funded programs for youth on probation. Ryan's early career includes a role as a Mental Health Counselor at Third Way Center.

Ryan Smith completed their Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology at Metropolitan State University of Denver from 2008 to 2012. Ryan later pursued their Graduate degree in Computer Software Engineering at Turing School of Software & Design from 2022 to 2023. Additionally, Ryan Smith has obtained certifications including ACRA Supervisor, CAC I from GAIN, Insurance Producer And Title Producer from DORA - Colorado Department of Regulatory Agencies, and SafeCare Clinician.
