Christina Celadita has a strong background in project management and implementation. Christina is currently working as a Project Implementation Manager at Sapphire Digital, part of Zelis. In their role, they are responsible for managing project implementation.

Prior to their current role, Christina worked at Canon Medical Informatics as a Senior Implementation Project Manager. Christina'sresponsibilities included creating statements of work and professional services quotes for prospective clients, preparing professional services for auditing, and maintaining a SharePoint site for the professional services team. Christina also served as a mentor and resource for other project managers on the team.

Before that, Christina worked at MatrixCare as a Project Manager, Product Launch. In this role, they designed a new process for launching products, established and monitored key performance indicators, and developed a training plan for internal resources.

Christina also gained experience at Medtronic as an Implementation/Technical Project Manager, where they provided project management and technical expertise to external customers. Christina defined project scope, communicated project plans, and led meetings with project teams.

At HealthEast Care System, Christina worked as an Application Analyst, leading an Epic upgrade project and a system-wide chart correction process improvement project. Christina collaborated with analysts and end users to identify, evaluate, design, and build solutions to improve productivity and efficiency.

As a Business Analyst at Allina Health, Christina led Epic implementation projects for seven affiliate hospitals. Christina maintained project status reports, developed implementation materials, and ensured milestones and deadlines were met.

Christina also has experience as a Manager of Health Information Management at Stillwater Medical Group and Lakeview Hospital. Christina managed staff and volunteers and led process improvement projects.

Christina started their career at University of Minnesota Physicians as a Health Information Coordinator. In this role, they performed business analysis duties, led scanning process improvement projects, provided training, updated policies and procedures, and participated in organization-wide implementations.

Throughout their career, Christina has demonstrated strong project management skills, leadership abilities, and a commitment to improving processes and delivering successful outcomes.

Christina Celadita, PMP has a Bachelor's degree in Health Information/Medical Records Administration/Administrator from the University of Cincinnati, completed from 2011 to 2013. Prior to that, they obtained an Associate's Degree in Health Information Technology from Anoka Technical College, which they completed from 2007 to 2009. In addition to their educational credentials, Christina obtained the Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from the Project Management Institute in May 2020.
