Ian Furst is currently working as a Business Operations and Strategy Lead at SaponiQx since June 2021. Prior to this, Ian held roles such as District Executive at Mayflower Council, BSA, Service Advisor and Sales Specialist at REI, and Ski Instructor at Steamboat Resort. Ian has also worked as an Autumn Adventure Guide and Camp Director at Philmont Scout Ranch, where Ian planned and led trek routes, coordinated logistics, and facilitated backcountry programs. Additionally, Ian has experience as a Student Ambassador at Goucher College and as a Writing Tutor at The Goucher College Writing Center. Ian holds a Bachelor's degree in Political Science from Goucher College.
