Patti Guard has a long history of successful work experience. Patti began their career in 1983 at NCR, where they held the role of Finance and Sales, eventually being promoted to Data Center Manager. In 1989, they moved to Creative Computer Solutions, where they sold proprietary city government software and hardware, meeting or exceeding quota each year. In 1991, they joined Siemens PLM Software (formerly SDRC) as a Senior Account Manager, selling Product Lifecycle Management software and Mechanical Engineering software, and exceeding their quota by at least 50% each year. In 1998, they joined Dassault Systèmes (formerly MatrixOne) as a Senior Sales Executive, becoming the Top Sales Rep in 2000-2001 and bringing in the largest deal in the industry at the time. In 2001, Patti Guard founded and became the CEO of Skyrockit Marketing, and in 2013 they held the role of Marketing Analyst at Altera Corporation. In 2015, they joined The Jesuit Retreat Center as the Marketing & Communications Coordinator, and in 2022 they will become the Head of Business Development at SapientX.

Patti Guard holds a Bachelor of Science in Biology from Ohio State University and a Master of Business Administration in Finance from the University of Cincinnati Carl H. Lindner College of Business.
