Adam Large is a Data Scientist at Sapient since June 2021, focusing on accelerating human discovery and drug development through high throughput analytical mass spectrometry and computational biology. Previously, Adam served as a Postdoctoral Researcher at the University of Wisconsin-Madison from July 2017 to June 2019, analyzing cognitive and behavioral data using MATLAB and R. Adam's academic journey includes a PhD in Neuroscience from the University of Pittsburgh, where Adam contributed to significant research on neural circuits and connectivity between 2011 and 2017, and a Bachelor of Arts in Biology from the University of Chicago. Early research experience includes roles as a Research Assistant at the University of Chicago, where Adam studied fMRI data and coordinated a medical research course for high school students.
