Omer Tal is an experienced leader in digital project delivery, currently serving as the Head of Global Digital Delivery at Sapiens since April 2019, where responsibilities include managing the delivery and implementation of global digital projects and overseeing a unit established from scratch, with a focus on customer success. Prior to Sapiens, Omer Tal held roles at Amdocs from August 2011 to April 2019, including Program Manager for a large-scale transformation project for a top EU Telco operator and various project management positions focusing on finance and billing. Omer Tal's career began at Orange, where the role of Director of the Technical Support Department included managing significant teams and ensuring customer satisfaction. Omer Tal holds an MBA in Banking and Finance, a PMP certification, and additional qualifications in project management and web development.
