Mengjia Chen's work experience begins in 2014 as the President of the student union at Nanjing University of Aeronautics and Astronautics, where they directed routine work, supervised student organizations, and participated in planning large-scale activities. In 2015, they had an internship in the First Development Department at Fujian Rongji Software Co., Ltd. They then worked as a SummerTechLife at Deakin University from 2016 to 2017. In 2017, they had an internship at National Australia Bank. From 2018 to 2021, Mengjia Chen worked at Pactera Australia, first as a Full-stack Developer and then as an RPA Consultant. In these roles, they were responsible for various tasks such as developing automation systems, coordinating teams, and improving workflows. Currently, Mengjia Chen is a Full-stack Developer at Sapia, starting in 2021.

Mengjia Chen completed a Master's degree in MIT at the University of Melbourne from 2015 to 2018. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from Nanjing University of Aeronautics and Astronautics from 2011 to 2015.
