Eric Speidel

Director of Client Engagement at Saphran, Inc.

Eric Speidel has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Eric started their career in 1998 at Burke, Inc. where they held various roles including Account Manager, Data Management Group Leader, Data Specialist, Associate Project Manager, and Field Manager. In these roles, they managed qualitative and quantitative research projects on customer satisfaction, brand imaging, pricing, segmentation, and concept evaluation. Eric also provided guidance to team members, administered performance reviews, produced enhanced reports, manipulated and reformatted data, developed study materials, and trained staff members.

In 2014, Eric joined PowerObjects as a CRM Consultant where they participated in design and architecture sessions with clients to gather documentation on their business processes. Eric advised on best practices for CRM processes, UI, and architecture, and created project plans and specs for customizations, migration, and system integrations.

In 2015, they joined Luxottica as a Senior Project Manager, overseeing multiple IT CRM projects. Eric coordinated with vendors internationally to complete integrations, software upgrades, and online dashboard reporting tools. Eric also partnered with internal resources to explain and train on CRM activities.

Most recently, Eric served as the Director of Client Engagement at Saphran, Inc. starting in 2016. In this role, they managed a 20-member staff dedicated to auto industry forecasting. Eric collaborated with C-level leadership to develop and implement corporate strategy, scheduled and delegated work for employees, and managed internal and external customer relationships. Eric'sfocus was on developing sustainable processes.

Eric Speidel earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing from the University of Dayton, where they studied from 1994 to 1998. In 1997, they also spent a brief period studying at the University of Augsburg, although information about the degree or field of study obtained at this institution is not provided. Additionally, Eric obtained certifications in Microsoft Dynamics CRM 2013 Applications and Microsoft Dynamics CRM 2013 Customization and Configuration from Microsoft in July 2014.
