Philippe Sans has been serving as Chef du service risques industriels et technologiques at SDIS 31 since September 1998, overseeing the study of classified installations in collaboration with DREAL Occitanie and local municipalities, while providing fire safety advice to industries during both the application phase and ongoing operations. Additionally, Philippe has held several leadership roles, including Captain at the Centre de Secours principal de Toulouse Lougnon, where responsibilities included acting as the deputy chief, and serving as Captain in charge of the Nord group's forecasting service, which involved water defense studies and consultations with various stakeholders. Philippe's operational expertise is further demonstrated through experience as Lieutenant, leading an active team at CSP Toulouse Vion with a significant intervention workload. Philippe's background includes an education in hygiene, safety, and environment from IUT Bordeaux Talence.
