Haidong Song 宋海东 is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in product management, currently serving as Senior Director of Product Management at SAP since May 2022, where ownership of the Identity Access Management function for the SAP SuccessFactors HXM Suite has resulted in a 100% increase in adoption of the next-generation IAM solution. Prior to SAP, Haidong held the position of Director of Product Management at Salesforce from September 2012 to May 2022, leading the development of sales performance management solutions and leveraging artificial intelligence for insights. Haidong's background includes over a decade at Oracle in various roles including Director of Product Management, where significant contributions were made to the Fusion Customer Master product. Earlier career experiences include consulting roles and academic positions, with a Ph.D. in Information Systems from Southern Illinois University and a BS in Management Science from Fudan University, establishing a solid foundation for expertise in information systems and technology.
