Cindy Mati is a seasoned professional in the field of Human Resources, currently serving as a Junior Associate at SAOTA since November 2020. Prior to this role, Cindy held positions at BDO, including Senior People & Culture Manager and Talent Manager, following the merger of Grant Thornton Cape Town with BDO in February 2018. Cindy also has experience as an HR Manager at KPMG and as an HR Officer at KEYPAK, focusing on industrial relations and generalist HR responsibilities. Cindy Mati completed a Post Graduate Diploma in Enterprise Management at Rhodes University in 2004 and earned a BComm in Information Systems and Commercial Law from Rhodes University between 2001 and 2003, alongside education at Kingswood College from 1994 to 2000.
