Gilvan Arruda currently serves as the Coordinator of Physiotherapy for both professional and youth women's soccer at São Paulo Futebol Clube since July 2021, having previously worked as a physiotherapist in both the women's and men's youth departments. Prior experience includes co-owning Physical Solutions Equipamentos Fitness and serving as a physiotherapist at Vita - ortopedia e fisioterapia and Instituto Cohen De Ortopedia Reabilitacao E Medicina Do Esporte. Gilvan also contributed as a faculty member at Centro Universitário FIEO, teaching various physiotherapy courses. Educational qualifications include a Master's degree in Health Sciences Applied to Sports and Physical Activity from Unifesp, as well as specialized training in high-performance sports training and sports-related locomotor apparatus. A bachelor’s degree in Physiotherapy was obtained from Pontifícia Universidade Católica de Campinas.
