Penny Brill has extensive legal experience, having served at the Miami-Dade State Attorney's Office from June 1987 until retirement, where Penny held the position of Chief of the Legal Division for 15 years and previously worked as an Assistant State Attorney. Prior to this role, Penny was an Assistant Attorney General in the Criminal Appellate Division at the Florida Department of Legal Affairs from May 1982 to May 1987, focusing on appellate arguments in both state and federal courts.
