Minnie Lu is an experienced professional in the decommissioning sector with a robust background in civil engineering. Currently, Minnie serves as the Head of Decommissioning at Santos Ltd, overseeing assurance and governance of decommissioning activities, and is a member of both the AEP Decommissioning Committee and the CODA Operator Priority Committee. Prior roles include Decommissioning Director at Wood, where Minnie developed a global Decommissioning Centre of Excellence, and Consultancy Manager at Petrofac, where Minnie led late life and decommissioning projects, managed substantial teams, and was responsible for business development and client proposals. Minnie holds a PhD in Civil Engineering from the University of Bristol and a BS in Civil Engineering from Tsinghua University.
