Karl Kevin Cornel is an experienced Shift Engineer at Santos Knight Frank since August 2022, overseeing maintenance operations for a 45-storey residential condominium, managing preventive maintenance schedules, and handling the troubleshooting and repair of electrical systems. Previously, as a Project Engineer in Construction Management at The Cathay Drug Company Inc. from June 2019 to June 2022, Karl coordinated contractor activities to ensure timely project completion and quality control. Additionally, Karl served as a Project Engineer at Environmental Ventures Marketing Inc. from November 2017 to December 2018, where responsibilities included managing projects, designing electrical systems for wastewater treatment facilities, and providing technical support on electro-mechanical equipment. Karl holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering from Lyceum of the Philippines University, earned between 2011 and 2017.
