Simone Castagna has extensive experience in the fields of health, safety, and environmental protection, currently serving as the functional delegate for employer responsibilities in these areas at Santex SpA since September 2005. In addition to this role, Simone is the Plant Manager for a facility that manufactures medical devices for wound care and orthopedics. Prior experience includes working as a project manager and maintenance manager at Santex SpA and as the maintenance manager at Coelsanus Industria Conserve s.p.a. from October 2001 to September 2005, overseeing both ordinary and extraordinary maintenance for machinery and facilities. Simone holds a degree in management engineering from Università degli Studi di Padova, complemented by a technical education from Istituto Tecnico Agrario Statale di Lonigo.
