Randall Sadler has extensive work experience in the pharmaceutical and manufacturing industry. Randall is currently the Head of External Manufacturing and Supply at Santen since 2021. Prior to that, they worked at The Janssen Pharmaceutical Companies of Johnson & Johnson for several roles, including Director of External Manufacturing, Director of Pharmaceutical Manufacturing External Manufacturing Category Lead, Senior Manager of External Manufacturing Strategy, Senior Manager of External Manufacturing, and Manager of Technical Operations. From 2020 to 2021, they served as the Global Upstream Product Management Lead at Roche. Randall also has previous experience as the Manager of Projects at Total Validation Services and as a Senior Process Engineer at Sequus Pharmaceuticals.

Randall Sadler attended the University of California, Berkeley, where they obtained a B.S. in Chemical Engineering. Randall also participated in the Project Management Professional Program at the University of California, Santa Cruz.
