Lisa Spraggs is a seasoned professional in Human Resources with extensive experience in various roles across multiple organizations. Currently serving as Senior Manager of Human Resources for Santen in the UK & Ireland, ComOps and Corp Comms (EMEA) since October 2020, Lisa previously held positions as HR Manager and HR Advisor at Antler from November 2016 to August 2020, focusing on delivering a comprehensive HR service and ensuring compliance with employment legislation. Earlier, Lisa worked as an HR & Payroll Administrator, providing high-quality HR and payroll services. Lisa's career began at AnaCap Financial Partners as a Receptionist/PA from July 2014 to February 2016.
