Dr. Tara Fuller, DNP, currently serves as a Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner at Charlie Health since April 2023 and as a Psychiatric and Family Nurse Practitioner at Sante Center for Healing since September 2021. Previous experience includes roles at UT Southwestern Medical Center as Lead Heart Transplant Coordinator and Interim Clinic Manager, managing heart and lung transplant, heart failure, and pulmonary hypertension clinics, and a comprehensive nursing role as Heart-Lung Transplant Coordinator. Additional nursing experience includes positions at Baylor University Medical Center, University of Utah Hospitals and Clinics, and Lakeview Hospital. Dr. Fuller's educational background includes a Doctorate of Nursing Practice from Loyola University New Orleans, along with multiple degrees focused on family health and psychiatric mental health from Midwestern State University and healthcare systems management from Loyola University New Orleans.
