Helia Vale Oliveira has extensive experience in the banking and insurance sectors, currently serving as Gerente de operações de crédito, Gerente de Seguros, and Gestora de Empresas at Santander Portugal since August 2012. Prior to this role, Helia worked at Banco Popular from February 1999 to July 2012, holding positions such as Responsável Departamento Leasing and Administrativa. Educational qualifications include a Licenciatura in Gestão Bancária from ISGB and various certifications related to credit and financial instruments from Banco de Portugal, CMVM, and Associação Portuguesa de Seguradores obtained between 2018 and 2028. Additionally, a Nivel IV UE certification in Mercados Financeiros was completed at IFB.
