Tom Quinlan has over two decades of experience in risk management and credit analysis, currently serving as AVP Risk Manager at Santander Bank, N.A., where responsibilities include managing an $8 billion Home Equity portfolio and developing risk strategies for the Home Equity Business Line. Prior roles include Assistant Vice President and Senior Risk Analyst, where Tom managed the Indirect Lending retail portfolio, and Senior Credit Analyst within the Consumer Lending sector. Additional experience includes serving on the Home Equity Risk Committee at the Consumer Bankers Association, and as Portfolio Analyst AVP at Sovereign Bank. Early career experience includes a position as Junior Financial Credit Analyst at BankBoston. Tom holds multiple degrees in Business Management and Banking and Financial Support Services from institutions including the University of Virginia Darden School of Business and the University of Oklahoma.
