Inesa Hila has extensive experience in credit card product management and banking, currently serving as AVP, Senior Associate in Credit Card Product Management at Santander Bank, N.A. since July 2016, where responsibilities include managing consumer credit card portfolios, enhancing revenue, and leading portfolio engagement campaigns. Prior to this role, Inesa held positions such as Branch Manager, focusing on sales strategies and operational efficiency, and Universal Operations Specialist, improving compliance and customer service. Before joining Santander, Inesa worked as a Project Manager at Transparency International, overseeing anti-corruption projects in Albania. Inesa holds an MBA from the Questrom School of Business at Boston University and advanced degrees in finance from the University of Tirana.
