Daniela Paterno is a seasoned professional in IT and operations, currently serving as the Head of IT & Operations at Santander Asset Management since April 2022. Previously, Daniela held the position of Gerente de Operaciones at MegaINVER S.A. from October 2011 to June 2022, where responsibilities included managing the start-up of the company and overseeing regulatory authorizations. Prior to that, Daniela worked at Sistemas Esco SRL from January 1994 to September 2011 in various roles, including Gerente de Producto de FCI & Administraci贸n de Cartera and Lider de Proyecto de Fondos Comunes de Inversi贸n, where extensive project management and team leadership were key responsibilities. Daniela holds a Master in Business Management from Universidad del Salvador and various postgraduate qualifications in management and project management from Universidad Torcuato Di Tella and Universidad Tecnol贸gica Nacional.
