Sharon Moodley has an extensive work history in Human Resources and Employee Relations. Sharon started their career as an Employee Relations Practitioner at South African Airways in 2000. Over the years, they have held roles such as Head of Individual Employee Relations at Standard Bank, Employee Relations Manager at RoyalSechaba, and Associate in Employment Law at Tabacks. Sharon also served as the HR Manager & Employee Relations Lead for the Middle East & Africa at Ericsson. Currently, they hold the position of Head of HR Business Partnering, Employee Relations & Employment Equity at Santam Insurance. Sharon's experience spans various industries and showcases strong expertise in employee relations and HR management.

Sharon Moodley completed their Bachelor of Laws (LLB) degree at the University of South Africa/Universiteit van Suid-Afrika from 2007 to 2011. Later, they pursued a Master's Degree in Labour Law at the same institution from 2018 to 2021. Additionally, they obtained certifications in areas such as leadership, human resources, unconscious bias, and strategic agility from institutions like Harvard Business Publishing Corporate Learning, LinkedIn, and Duke Corporate Education.
