Marcel Rose is an experienced procurement professional currently serving as a Procurement Manager at Santam Insurance since October 2022. Previously, Marcel held significant roles at the University of Sydney, including Senior Procurement Portfolio Manager and Associate Director of Strategic and Tactical Sourcing from April 2018 to October 2022.
