Joseph Rodriguez is a Principal Mechanical Engineer at Northrop Grumman since December 2017, specializing in Ground Support Equipment and tooling for UltraFlexible solar Array Products, while also overseeing program staffing and design schedules. Prior roles at Northrop Grumman include Mechanical Engineer and Manufacturing Engineer, focusing on design and process improvement for various solar array systems. Joseph has additional experience as an Assistant Varsity Wrestling Coach at Santa Paula High School and as a Certified Personal Trainer at LA Fitness. Previous positions include Engineering Consultant at Riviera Bronze, Graduate Research Assistant at the Florida Center for Advanced Aero-Propulsion, and Quality Engineer Intern at Pankl Aerospace Systems. Joseph holds a Master’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering-Thermal Fluids from Florida State University and a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from California State University, Long Beach. Education also includes an Associate of Arts in Engineering from Ventura College and a High School Diploma from Santa Paula High School.
