Charles "Chuck" Gibson has extensive experience in public administration and strategic management, with a significant focus on water supply and wastewater management as an Assistant at Santa Margarita Water District since December 2012. In this role, Gibson is one of five elected directors, participating in policy-making and overseeing a substantial annual budget and capital improvement program. As a Strategic Management Consultant since July 2011, Gibson provides expertise in financial analysis, mergers, acquisitions, and software development. Previously, as a Senior Manager at Price Waterhouse Management Consultants from 1987 to 2012, Gibson managed large consulting projects for Fortune 500 companies and oversaw staffing and human resources. At the Port of Los Angeles, Gibson served as an Independent Analyst and Secretary to the Board of Harbor Commissioners, where responsibilities included managing an office staff and implementing auditing programs. Gibson holds a BA and a Master of Public Administration degree from UCLA.
