Ed Moreno has extensive experience in public policy, administration, and facilitation. Currently serving as County Commissioner for Santa Fe County since January 2017, Ed Moreno also runs Ed Moreno Consulting Co., providing services in policy analysis, contract writing, and public relations. Prior roles include Performance Accountability Manager at the New Mexico Department of Cultural Affairs, Senior Policy Analyst for Higher Education, and Executive Director of New Mexico Independent Colleges. Ed Moreno has held leadership positions such as President of the Eldorado Community Improvement Association and has worked in communication and public affairs as Assistant Commissioner for the N.M. State Land Office. Ed Moreno's educational background includes a Bachelor's degree in Journalism and Economics from the University of Northern Colorado.
