Christopher Than is a dedicated health professional with a focus on health equity and education. Currently serving as a Health Equity Scholar at Health Career Connection and a Health Education Intern at Santa Clara Family Health Plan since June 2023, Christopher has previously worked as a Behavior Specialist at FAITH IN ACTION COMMUNITY EDUCATION SERVICES. In this role, responsibilities included developing individualized education plans for students from vulnerable communities and employing restorative justice strategies to address conflicts. Additionally, Christopher gained experience as a Cardiology Office Intern at the Regional Medical Center of San Jose from September 2019 to September 2020. Christopher earned a degree in Public Health with a concentration in Health Policy & Management from UC San Diego, completing studies in 2022.
