Heather Miller is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in legal and housing policy. Currently serving as a Senior Housing Policy Analyst and Informal Hearing Officer at the Santa Clara County Housing Authority since November 2016, Heather has a robust background in law, having held positions such as Document Review Attorney at Google, Associate Attorney at Land Counsel, and Deputy County Counsel with Alameda County. With a Juris Doctor from Santa Clara University School of Law and a Bachelor of Social Work from Arizona State University, Heather has developed a diverse skill set through roles that included representing clients in bankruptcy court, assisting county social workers, conducting client intake interviews, and engaging in transactional law.
