Otto Laufer has extensive experience in law enforcement, having served in various roles at the Santa Ana Police Department since 2001. Otto has worked as a Patrol Officer responding to calls for service and maintaining the quality of life for residents. In addition, Otto has served as a Homeland Security Division Program Project Manager, overseeing projects related to Homeland Security and anti-terrorism efforts in Orange County. Prior to joining the Santa Ana Police Department, Otto worked as an Officer at the LAPD. Otto holds a degree from Cal State University Long Beach.
