Joseph Marty, M.A., holds extensive experience in law enforcement, currently serving as a Police Commander at the Santa Ana Police Department since June 2012, with roles in various divisions including Traffic, Community Engagement, and Operations. Prior to this, Joseph held multiple positions within the Santa Ana Police Department and served as a Police Officer at the Montebello Police Department. Joseph earned a Master's degree in Organizational Leadership from UMass Global, a Bachelor's degree in Occupational Studies from California State University, Long Beach, and two Associate degrees in General Education and Fire Science from Rio Hondo College.
