Arun Malik is an experienced manager in the hospitality industry, currently serving as the General Manager at Sant Ambroeus since May 2023, after previously holding the position of Assistant General Manager. Prior to this, Arun worked as the General Manager at Monte Carlo Hospitality Group, where improvements in reservation management and beverage program profitability were achieved. Arun's earlier role at Sant Ambroeus included significant contributions as a Server, training over 30 staff members and collaborating on menu development. Arun's foundational experience in service began as a Captain Waiter at A Voce, providing Michelin-level service and managing event staff. Education includes a Bachelor of Business Administration in Quantitative Modeling and Statistics from Baruch College and an Analytics Bootcamp in Data Science and Analytics from Flatiron School. Additionally, Arun is a graduate of Flatiron School, focusing on Pandas and SQL.
