Crystal James has extensive experience in production design and project management, currently serving as Production Design Manager and Senior Project Manager at Sans Serif since July 2019. Prior to this, Crystal held roles as Project Manager/Senior Designer at Affinity Creative Group and PackagingARTS, where responsibilities included developing estimates, managing workflow, and liaising with clients to ensure project objectives were met on time and within budget. Earlier career experience includes serving as Art Director at Dunlop Manufacturing, focusing on innovative graphic needs for advertising and packaging, and as a Graphic Designer at Diablo Publications, where creative publication design was key. Crystal holds a B.F.A. in Graphic Communications from Virginia Commonwealth University and a B.A. in Psychology from the University of Virginia.
