Dale Ihnken is a Senior Global Audio Video Engineer at SANS Institute, a position held since August 2015, where leadership in global audio video systems architecture is key. Previously, Dale served as Senior Manager Audio Visual and Audio Video Production Manager, successfully managing over 214 conferences, summits, and private events for SANS since late 2017. As Technology Manager, comprehensive updates to recording and broadcasting processes improved quality and consistency within the OLT department. Prior experience includes executive producer at ihnkenink, focusing on live video production and unique event design, and Executive Director at Hamiltonian Artists. Dale holds an MFA in Painting from Pratt Institute, a BFA from Bradley University, and an AA from Lincoln College.
