Chelsea Newbould, SPHR, currently serves as an HR Business Partner for Global Operations at The Goodyear Tire & Rubber Company, providing strategic HR partnership to leadership teams across various global functions. With previous experience as an HR Manager at SANS Institute, Chelsea led HR operations for the US workforce and collaborated with international HR teams, implementing effective HR practices and fostering company culture. Earlier roles include serving as a Sr. HR Generalist and HR Coordinator at SANS Institute, as well as holding leadership positions focused on logistics and human resources at Target. Chelsea began their career as an entertainment crew member with the Cleveland Cavaliers, where notable contributions earned recognition as a "Most Valuable Member."
