Tom Pease is a data scientist at Sanome since March 2023 and serves as a trustee at The Centre for Emotional Health. Previously, Tom worked as a research fellow at the National Institute of Teaching, contributing to the creation of the Teacher Education Dataset. Tom has extensive teaching experience, having served as a lead teacher and Spanish teacher at Mossbourne Community Academy and as a languages teacher at Lynn Grove Academy, where Spanish, German, and French were taught as part of Teach First. Early career roles include research analyst at Konfid.io, business development intern at Family Links, and translation intern at House of One. Tom holds a Bachelor of Arts in German and Spanish from the University of Oxford, a Master of Arts in Educational Leadership from UCL, and completed a Data Science and Machine Learning Programme at AiCore.
