David Rotella Morales is a highly experienced SAFe® Release Train Engineer currently working at Sanoma Learning since October 2022, following a role as a SAFe® Scrum Master at Estratecno, where David managed distributed teams on the NATIONALE NEDERLANDEN project. Previously, David served as a SAFe® Scrum Master at Accedo.tv for the CHANNEL 4 project and as a Scaled Scrum Master at Paradigma Digital, leading multiple Scrum teams across various significant projects. David's earlier career includes roles as an IT Senior Project Manager for a major Teleradiology project in Panama, independent consultancy in business development, and various project management positions across multiple countries in the gaming industry. David holds an Executive Master's in AGILE-LEAN Startup Project Management and a Master's in Project Management from La Salle International Graduate School, alongside a degree in Telecommunications Engineering from UITT Universidad Politécnica Madrid.
