Michelle Ryan has over 15 years of experience in supply chain management, logistics, and compliance within the pharmaceutical industry, currently serving as Warehouse Compliance Lead at Sanofi since 2007. Key responsibilities include managing Quality System processes, driving quality metrics, and ensuring training compliance. Previously, Michelle held roles such as Artwork and Serialisation Team Lead, Supply Chain Systems – Operations Team Leader, and Warehouse/Logistics Team Leader, focusing on efficient operations, customer service excellence, and team leadership. Prior to Sanofi, experience includes procurement positions at Honeywell Process Solutions, Reflexite Corporation, and Lufthansa Technik Turbine Shannon. Michelle holds a Certificate in Business Studies from Technological University of the Shannon and completed further education at Waterford Institute of Technology and APICS certification in 2013.
