Karl Yen is an accomplished professional in the biopharmaceutical industry with extensive experience in immunology and clinical development. Currently serving as VP of Immunology at Sanofi, Karl leads global projects for anti-OX40L mAb and small molecules in late-stage development for multiple immunologic and autoimmune conditions. Previous roles include leadership positions at Roche and Genentech, where achievements spanned the development of novel therapies for various diseases, including atopic dermatitis and rare neuromuscular conditions. Karl has a solid educational background with a Bachelor of Science in Biology from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology, an MD from The George Washington University, and a Master of Medical Sciences in Clinical Investigation from Harvard Medical School.
