Bora Guldiker is an accomplished finance professional with extensive experience in strategic financial operations. Currently serving as the Head of Finance at Sanofi since March 2018, Bora leads financial operations across the UK, Ireland, and North Europe, managing a €1.8 billion portfolio and enhancing business performance through strategic planning. Previously, Bora held roles such as FP&A Manager and Finance Business Partner, overseeing financial planning for a €600 million revenue stream and implementing effective financial models. Bora also served as the Commercial Excellence Lead, driving market penetration and substantial revenue growth. Prior experience at L'Oréal involved managing financial operations for the Professional Products Division, optimizing budgeting processes, and collaborating on new product launches. Bora holds an MBA in Finance from the University of Warwick and has completed an international exchange program at SDA Bocconi, along with a Bachelor's Degree in Economics from Istanbul University.
