Michael Rackish is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in integrated planning and operations management within the pharmaceutical industry. Currently serving as Vice President of Integrated Planning & Operations Management at Sanofi since April 1997, Michael drives alignment between strategy and operations, provides critical data analysis and competitive intelligence, and leads global resource management initiatives. Prior to Sanofi, Michael held multiple vice president roles in program management, portfolio, and financial planning at Akzo Nobel Chemicals Inc. from April 1989 to April 1997, as well as serving as Regional Controller for Detergents & Surfactants. Michael holds an MBA in Management Accounting from DePaul Driehaus College of Business and a BSBA in Accountancy from Duquesne University.
